Suni is the oldest of three siblings, but looks the youngest. Prior to pursuing her acting dreams, Suni was a professional dancer, could you believe it? She originally moved to NYC from Puerto Rico to dance with Ballet Hispanico, and later got to work with The Metropolitan Opera Ballet, The New York City Opera and David Byrne, among others. She started her acting career in NYC at the Spanish Repertory Theatre (Repertorio EspaƱol) and the Puerto Rican Traveling Theatre, and had the opportunity to be cast in the ground breaking bilingual Off-Broadway hits: Celia, the life and music of Celia Cruz, and La Barberia. Suni is also a comedian and a writer, and has performed Improv, Original Characters, and Stand Up comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB), The PIT, The Triad Theatre, Carolines on Broadway and other dark basements throughout the tri-state area. Her son thinks she is really funny and talented, and is very proud of her! (OMG, she is a mom!!) Show less «
