Sindy Nurse

Sindy Nurse is an actress and model driven by an incredible passion for the arts. She studied acting at Shakespeare Theatre Company in Washington, D.C., New York Film Academy in New York City and most recently at Trinidad Theatre Workshop (TTW) in her hometown of Trinidad and Tobago. Her experience spans from TV, Film, Stage, Production and Print/Runway Modeling with a background in Cheerleading and Dance.Sindy spent most of 2013 in Trinidad performing as a full time member of the resident acting company at Trinidad Theatre Workshop. There she performed in numerous productions including a national tour of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream and tackling the lead role in Sam Shepard's Fool for Love. Also while in Trinidad, she played Terry in Macfarlane Film Company's short film "Jab in the Dark" which was screened in London, Canada and Trinidad & Tobago where it won People's Choice for Best Short Film in the Trinidad & Tobago 2013 Film Festival.Now back in the States, Sindy is working on several TV/Film projects in the MD/DC/VA/NY/PA area.
