Simon De Selva is an actor, director and writer. Born in Sri Lanka, he came to England as a young boy and grew up in North London. After leaving school he travelled extensively throughout Europe and Japan working as a martial arts teacher and stuntman. His first film part was the role of Quadir in John Frankenheimer's The Horsemen (as Sy Temple) starring Omar Sharif and Jack Palance, filmed in Spain and Afghanistan for Colombia Pictures. After returning to the UK he gained further credits in film, television and theatre. He executive produced and directed the feature film LD 50 Lethal Dose (US title Lethal Dose), a thriller about betrayal starring Tom Hardy, distributed by Buena Vista International and First Look Pictures in the US. His first novel, 'The Scorpion', a political thriller set in 1962 about an assassination attempt by the Mafia and the CIA on Fidel Castro, is now published on Amazon Kindle. Show less «
