Sidney Lee Berthier was born on August 27, 1995 in Paris, France. Spending most of his childhood in the small town of Thionville, he moved to Australia at the age of 10 and began making short films. After returning to France to complete his Baccalaureate, he received the prestigious Concours Général award for a series of essays about Stephen Crane's novel 'The Red Badge of Courage' (1895). He then left home at the tender age of 16 to study for a BA in Film & Television at the University of Warwick. Achieving first-class marks, he subsequently graduated with a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge as the youngest Masters student in the faculty's history (19 years old). He now enjoys working as a freelance filmmaker, photographer and guitarist. Show less «
