Albanian-American stage and film actor Shpend Xani left his native Prishtina, Kosovo in 1999 following the war. Moving to the U.S. with his family, Shpend brought with him a vibrant talent and unique skill set, including a degree in acting from the University of Prishtina, his career as a professional basketball player, and proficiency in four languages. Shpend continued his education in the U.S., receiving a BFA in Acting from Millikin University in Illinois and he just received an MFA in Classical Acting from Shakespeare Theatre Company's Academy for Classical Acting at George Washington University. In addition, he has trained in NYC with the renowned acting teacher Wynn Handman. Xani resides New York City. Show less «
