He was born and grew up in Bucyrus, Ohio. He graduated from Wynford High School where he was a 3 sport athlete. He attended the University of Cincinnati and Urbana University and was a member of each school's football program. He earned a varsity letter at Urbana University. He began writing short stories and song parodies in high school. He majored in English but never received a degree. He never lost his passion for writing and continued writing short stories, screenplays and eventually song lyrics. Songwriting opened the door for him into the world of entertainment. He has worked with some of the biggest country music legends. Through some of these connections he was able to venture into the motion picture industry. Show less «
