Scarlett Sabet is a London based poet and actor. She trained at the exclusive school Hurtwood House where she won a scholarship. Her acting work began in British television shows such as Skins, Peep Show, and Life's Too Short, which was produced by Charlie Hanson. Hanson also produced Scarlett Sabet's first short film "Burning" which she wrote, directed and starred in along with Georgia Maguire and Mark Weiman. She also starred in films such as Junkhearts, Chatrooms (featuring Aaron Johnson-Wood and Imogen Poots) and Perfect Hideout. Scarlett published her first volume of poems "Rocking Underground" in 2014, the second edition of which came out in 2016. Her second collection The Lock And The Key came out in July 2016, she did a poetry reading/launch for it at Shakespeare and Company. As well as Shakespeare and Company she has also performed at The Groucho, the William Morris Gallery, and Burberry. She regularly reads at the Coffee House Poetry Night at The Troubadour in London, and also The Poetry Society. Show less «
