He then went to Alhambra High School (located in Los Angeles), UC Berkeley with a BA in economics, London School of Economics and Political Science, and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.After graduation, aside from his daytime jobs, he taught Mandarin Chinese to non-Chinese people in Los Angeles.He accidentally bumped into Hollywood from several of his students who learned Mandarin Chinese from him.
