Ryan Phillips

Ryan Phillips has been a full time and sworn law enforcement officer for 17 years (2016). He currently (2016) serves as SWAT Commander of his team in Fayette County, Ga., and his duties include training and certification of SWAT operators in specialized and nationally recognized SWAT tactics. He serves as the lead instructor for his agency, and has instructor certifications in several specialized areas, to include: Firearms, tactical rifle, shotgun, Active Shooter Threat Resonse, Taser, Defensive Tactics (specializing in striking, ground fighting, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu), just to name a few.
