A native of Shueyville, Iowa, Taylor is a graduate of Northwestern University's School of Speech.Robin Lord Taylor has appeared in several acclaimed television series, such as "The Walking Dead," "Law & Order," "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," "The Good Wife" and "Person of Interest." He also has had a recurring role as "Darrell, the 'Late Show' page with the fake British accent" on "The Late Show with David Letterman."Taylor is perhaps best known for his role as "Abernathy Darwin Dunlap" in the cult feature comedy "Accepted," starring opposite Jonah Hill and Justin Long. He has appeared in the hit independent horror film "Would You Rather," with Brittany Snow and June Squibb.He was most recently seen starring opposite Bryan Cranston and Alice Eve in the independent film "Cold Comes the Night." He has also appeared in several other films that have been prominently featured on the festival circuit, most notably "Another Earth," which won the Alfred P. Sloan Prize at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival. He was featured in Spike Lee's "Jesus Children of America" (Venice Film Festival), "The House is Burning" (produced by Wim Wenders, Cannes Film Festival), "Pitch" (Cannes Film Festival) and "Assassination of a High School President" (Sundance).Taylor co-created and co-starred in "Creation Nation," a live talk show with Billy Eichner, which they performed at the 2008 Edinburgh Fringe Festival, as well as at the HBO Aspen Comedy Festival and in many venues throughout New York City and Los Angeles. He has also appeared onstage in "Neighborhood 3: Requisition of Doom," "The Shooting Stage," "Henry IV" and "No. 11 Blue and White," as well as numerous productions in Stephen Sondheim's Young Playwrights Festival at the Cherry Lane Theater.He resides in New York City. I had a few comics, but I was by no means a huge aficionado. I was more of a 'Mad Magazine,' 'Calvin & Hobbes' sort of nerd.

'Batman Returns' was a huge movie and one of my favorites growing up. It's incredible.

I live in a small apartment. There's only so much Batman memorabilia a guy can hang on to in New York City.

If people want to compare me to Danny DeVito, that's the biggest gift there is. I think Danny DeVito is fantastic.

I wasn't as big a comic book aficionado as some of my friends, but I definitely had some Batman comics.
