Rebecca Parr is a professionally trained, working English actress and voiceover, specialising in accents and narration. She can be heard as the narrator in the 10 episode Extended Series 1 of "Orangutan Jungle School" broadcast on More4 in the UK and on "Virgin Atlantic" flights. It will be broadcast internationally in early 2019. She is recording narration for the 10 episodes of Series 2. She is also rehearsing for "Four Minutes Twelve Seconds" in the lead role of "Di" for performance in January at the Alma Theatre in Bristol. She holds both a British and EU passport. For 10 years she worked abroad in both Beijing, China and in Auckland, New Zealand as an actress and voiceover. She graduated from Bath Spa University in England with a BA (Hons) Acting in 2007. She also holds a Diploma with Distinction in Radio Broadcasting. Whilst living in Beijing, between 2007 and 2011, she was an active member of the Beijing Actors Workshop, Beijing Playhouse and Monster Down! Theatre. Whilst living in New Zealand between 2011 and 2017, she worked on numerous projects, in theatre, film, television, web series and voice-overs, including for Power Rangers, as recurring villain "Princess Levira", allowing her to use her natural American accent skills. Rebecca has been cast in countless lead and supporting roles in a diverse range of characters since graduation, allowing her to show her versatility in theatre, film, television and as a voiceover.
