Peter Siedmere

Peter's name is Peter Sledmere, not Siedmere. In the years before this film he had been a radio dramatist and continuity announcer with the New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation. As this organisation also controlled the main television channels, he appeared on TV regularly as a newsreader. In one of the plays for radio he was in, he (as a character in the play) read a very garbled news bulletin on radio, and garbled his name too, to Sled Petermere. Show less «
