Patrick Kwok-Choon

Patrick Kwok-Choon is known for his work on Open Heart, Rookie Blue, The Best Laid Plans (2014), and Remedy.After completing his Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Concordia University, Patrick decided to pursue a career in Theatre. He moved to Toronto to train in a 3 year conservatory performance program at George Brown Theatre School.Immediately upon graduating he was signed by The Characters Talent agency, and began booking work in theatre, television and film.Patrick's breakthrough performance was in Canadian Stage's "The Tempest", followed immediately by Tom Stoppard's Rock'n Roll directed by Donna Feore. He's performed in theatres across the country such as Theatre Passe Muraille, Factory Theatre, Tarragon Theatre, The Citadel Theatre, and most recently The Princess of Wales Theatre for the hit show "War Horse"."War Horse" was a co-production between The National Theatre of London and Mirvish Productions. Over the course of a year, Patrick performed over 385 shows as Private David Taylor.He's also guest starred in several hit television shows such as: Covert Affairs, Rookie Blue, Nikita, Lucky 7, Befriend and Betray, The Best Laid Plans, and Backpackers.He's currently stars as Seth Park, a series lead on the hit Teen Nick show "Open Heart".He's trained for 7 years in Taekwon-Do and has a brown belt in Krav Maga.At the moment he is based in Toronto, Ontario.
