Retired Puerto-Rican-American female professional wrestler and valet as Nidia. She and Maven Huffman were the winners of WWE's first-ever Tough Enough (2001) competition, where they trained to be professional wrestlers. Nidia was then sent to WWE's developmental promotion Ohio Valley Wrestling. She made her main roster debut as a heel on WWF SmackDown!: Episode #3.40 (2002) (June 6, 2002) by confronting the Hurricane (Shane Helms) and aligning herself with Jamie Noble (Jamie Gibson), who had a "trailer trash" gimmick. She made her TV in-ring wrestling debut on WWF SmackDown!: Episode #3.49 (2002) (August 8, 2002), teaming with Noble to defeat Billy Kidman (Peter Gruner) and Torrie Wilson, and defeated Wilson in her singles debut the following week. The following week, she got her first shot at the WWE Women's Title when she challenged Molly Holly (Nora Greenwald) for the belt, in her first TV loss. She also did several tag team matches and bra and panties matches with Wilson, Dawn Marie (Dawn Marie Psaltis) and Gail Kim (prior to Gail's official TV debut on WWE Monday Night RAW: Episode #11.26 (2003) (June 30, 2003)) at house shows. On WWF SmackDown!: Episode #5.4 (2003) (October 16, 2003), Yoshihiro Tajiri "blinded" Nidia by spraying his black mist in her eyes. This was a way to take her off of TV so she could get breast implants. This ultimately led to her PPV debut match, a "Boyfriend vs. Girlfriend Noble is Blindfolded" match at WWE No Way Out (2004), which Noble won. Nidia was drafted to WWE Monday Night RAW (1993) on the WWE Monday Night RAW: 2004 WWE Draft Lottery (2004) episode (March 22, 2004). She said that she was happy to be on "Raw" because it meant she could compete for the Women's Title, and celebrated by removing her WWF SmackDown! (1999) shirt, showing her bra, and putting on a "Raw" shirt. On WWE Monday Night RAW: Episode #12.27 (2004) (July 5, 2004), she defeated Victoria (Lisa Marie Varon) and Molly Holly in a WWE Women's Title #1 Contendership Contract on a Pole Match. Unfortunately for Nidia, it was not a situation like the later Money in the Bank ladder matches, where the winner would get to choose when he cashed in his shot, since overrated Alpha Bitch Trish Stratus, who was the Champion at the time and was actually injured at the time, simply walked into the ring and knocked out Nidia with her cast and pinned her in about five seconds. This was the last televised title shot she would ever have. Nidia's final PPV match would be the WWE Women's Title Schoolgirl Battle Royal at WWE Taboo Tuesday (2004), which was won by Trish and also involved Gail Kim, Molly Holly, Victoria, Jazz (Carlene Moore) and Stacy Keibler. Her last appearance in WWE was on Sunday Night Heat: Episode dated 7 November 2004 (2004) where she teamed with Victoria in a loss to Molly Holly and Jazz. Nidia was released by WWE and wrestled for IWA Puerto Rico, NWA Mid-Atlantic, Toryumon Mexico, World Series Wrestling (Australia) and Nu-Wrestling Evolution in Italy, with her final match being a loss to Miss Jackie (Jackie Gayda) on "NWE Destiny #5" on December 17, 2005 (taped November 26). She then retired to become a chef, never winning a title in pro wrestling. She was engaged for a time to Kurt Angle's brother Eric Angle when Eric was in OVW, but they split up. Her sister Lourdes had very short runs in OVW and Afa Anoai's World Xtreme Wrestling in Pennsylvania as Nurse Lulu. Show less «
