Her father is a Producer/Director and her mother a Choreographer. Natalie and her brother Robby Clater grew up backstage of their parents productions. Natalie was always dancing in the wings. At the age of seven, Natalie's family moved from Los Angeles, California to Hickory, North Carolina to start their performing arts school, Clater-Kaye Theatreworks.
