Michelle was born in 1968 in Lafayette, Louisiana. She majored in Education in college, graduated from the University of Louisiana, and could never shake the dream of being a part of the entertainment industry. In 2000, she opened a small business with her partner and daughter, but continued to write and act whenever possible. Michelle's entertainment dream finally came true in 2008 when she got the opportunity to produce and act on her first film, Allure - where she learned the pros and cons of producing. Presently she has completed several films both feature and short - enjoying roles from background to lead. When not on set, Michelle can be found in her home studio narrating audio books for ACX, an new skill added to her repertoire in 2015. In August 2016, one of her books, The Witches of Blackbrook, was nominated for Best Audio at Penned Con 2016 in St. Louis. At the time of this update, Michelle had over 20 titles on the shelves at Audible.com but adds 2-3 per month! Her parents, daughter and partner Eric act as her managers, keeping her busy schedule straight and stepping in as audition directors and readers. Her dreams are simple, to learn, grow, develop, and produce films and television. To Michelle, acting is a passion that has existed in her spirit and goals that gives her the ability to entertain, express, and connect to the movie audience. She is determined to train, learn, grow, develop, and share her knowledge and skill, to give a voice to characters, beliefs, ideas, and joy that transcends visual entertainment, to tell a story worth telling, a moment worth seeing, and an emotion worth living.
