Melanie Koch, usually known as Melanie Hall, appeared as "eM" in the Internet serial "The Spot," which she also co-wrote. Ms. Hall went behind the scenes, becoming President of iJane, co-founded with Jane Semel, which produced the acclaimed "Face the Issue" public service announcement campaign. Ms. Hall also co-wrote "Behind Happy Faces," acclaimed by Tipper Gore and several other prominent reviewers. Ms. Hall's most recent entertainment project was as President and Chief Operating Officer of Quarterlife.com, the online and social networking aspect of the NBC television show of the same name.
