Matthew Hurtado Conway was born on May 5th 1992 in Medellin Columbia. He was adopted at eight months old, and raised in Huntington, West Virginia. Although he played sports for most of his adolescent years, Matthew always had an interest in acting. He graduated from Spring Valley High School in Huntington, West Virginia in 2011. In 2013 he closed the book on his sports days, and got back into theatre at Paramount Arts Center in Ashland, Kentucky. He audition for three different theatre shows, was cast on all three, and officially kicked off his acting career. He attended the 2017 International Model and Talent Association Convention in New York City, where he worked with industry renowned agents , managers, and industry profess. Later that year Matthew got his foot in the film industry booking six films in a spam of 6 months. In the feature film Chance, Matthew plays a baseball umpire, alongside Matthew Modine, and Amanda Leighton.His first role was in the film Alan and The Fullness of Time (2019) an NIA Agent, it was non speaking role, but with in six hours on set before preparing to shoot for the breaking into the church scene, he was given lines by Director Marcus Cook, and Producer Chase Crawford. I spent thanksgiving week (2019) preparing for the role Ted for the film Tears of the Clown. It was hard that I couldn't go see my family, but they understood that they wanted me to do the film first, but that absence of not seeing them helped me find that character along with my coach helping me as well, and I performed that role really well on my set dates.
