Matt Sigloch started in Film and TV, after graduating with honors from Valley Forge Military Academy, and retiring from the Marine Corps after 22 years of active duty service as a Master Sergeant. He started from the bottom as a non-union extra. His hard work and determination was soon rewarded as he became a member of the Screen Actors Guild. He began doing stuntwork, got an agent, and soon after was enjoying the success that determination can bring. After landing a role on the TV Pilot of "JAG", he realized all of his military and tactical training could be utilized in the industry. He approached Don Bellisario who was the Writer, Creator, Director, and Executive Producer of "JAG" about a job as the Military Technical Advisor, and how it could enhance the total look and concept of the show if attention to detail were there that his experience could bring. He hired Matt and he stayed for the run of the show a total of 10 seasons (242 episodes). After "JAG" ended Matt formed a company called Sigloch Military-Tactical where he is the CEO. SMTl was formed to support the military and tactical side of Film and TV. He is still acting, and doing stunt work in conjunction with his Technical, and Tactical Advising company. Show less «
