Malarie began acting in community theater at age five. At age nine, Malarie entered a storytelling competition which allowed her the opportunity to perform her original piece at multiple venues. In 2013, Malarie won Jr. Pre-teen Miss Arkansas National American Miss. At that same event, she won top actress for her age division. In addition to acting, Malarie is part of a human video drama team that ministers through dance and sign language. Malarie is an avid artists and has received multiple awards for her art work. In 2016, Malarie was a Young Arkansas Artists award recipient and had her work on display at the Arkansas Arts Center in Little Rock.
