Houde started acting in feature films, such as Bon Cop, Bad Cop (2006), De père en flic (Fathers and Guns, 2009) and Le Sens de l'humour.He graduated at the Quebec's École nationale de l'humour in 1998. In 2003, Louis-José Houde won a Félix Award for comic show of the year.
