Lorn Burkhammer was born and raised in Jackson's Mill, West Virginia, the childhood home of General Stonewall Jackson. After graduating high school Lorn enlisted in to the United States Air Force where he served as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Technician until his time of separation from the military. It was during many of his travels in the military that Lorn began to view his favorite movies in a different light, paying special attention to the actors, their movements, and the directions of the camera. Eventually, Lorn would have a chance encounter with Indie producer, John Johnson, which led Lorn to doing a soundtrack for Johnson's movie Shadowhunters (2004) and later acting as a zombie in another called Skeleton Key (2006). Lorn enjoys theater production and has recently been cast in several of New Dawn Theater Company's productions such as "Joan of Arc", "Little Women", and "The Scarlet Letter". He has also been a model for Museum Replicas. Most recently, Lorn has worked on the feature film Emperor (2020) by Sobini Films where he was cast as a gunman. Lorn enjoys researching for his characters and endlessly studying to better his craft. Show less «
