Lizz Robbins is an African-American print model and actress from the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. Robbins attended Virginia State University where she majored in English and minored in Mass Communications. While at Virginia State, she was on the cheerleading squad and a staff writer for the Virginia Statesman. Robbins started modeling in high school when asked by a classmate to participate in a photography project. In 2005, she was a semi-finalist in the Maxim Hometown Hotties contest which led to a small article in The Washington Post. In the Fall of 2004, she released a successful 2005 Swimsuit Calendar. After mass exposure from the Swimsuit Calendar, she was asked by the assistant editor of King Magazine to enter their first Webgirl of the Year contest. She won the contest. This led to her being named Remy Martin's first ever Spokesmodel in 2006. She can also be seen as the Poster Model for Natural Ice beer in the Spring of 2007.Robbins has been a Jet Magazine Beauty of the Week twice (2002 & 2005).Robbins can be seen flirting with Detective Kima Greggs on the "All Due Respect" episode during season 3 of The Wire.Though she's considered a hip-hop model she has never been in a mainstream hip hop music video.A die-hard sports fan, Lizz is currently pursing a career in sports entertainment.
