Keenan Arrison

Keenan Arrison was born on February 23rd 1981 in Cape Town South Africa.The vibrant artist first made his mark in the industry when he landed the male lead in the feature film, 'Shirley Adams' by Dir: Oliver Hermanus.Arrison also co-wrote and starred in the Cannes-nominated short film 'Ongeriewe' (Dir: Robin Kleismidt).The actor, singer and performer has had a successful ten years in the industry, he holds a BA degree (Cum laude) in Live Performance and Motion Picture from AFDA Cape Town and became a national celebrity with his role as Ashwin on Mnet's 'The Wild'Keenan has garnered praise for his roles in Tim Green's 'Skeem', Gerrit Schoonhoven's 'Twee Grade van Moord' and more recently on numerous international series' playing the roles of Alfonso/Ario in 'SAF3', as Taj in BBC1's 'Our Girl' and as Brother Paul in the science fiction American series, 'Dominion'. And has a starring role in the highly anticipated action thriller 'Accident'.The multi- talented performer also sings, and has accumulated plenty of stage experience, expanding his repertoire within the industry and increasingly broadening his scope.When he is not acting he immerses himself in writing and researching stories of everyday people that can be told through various forms of art.
