Born to a British Veteran Father & Canadian Mother she was raised in the small town of Killarney located on the northern shore of Georgian Bay in the District of Sudbury, Ontario. Home schooled during the winter aboard her family's sailboat in The Bahamas, she also attended Dramatic Arts program at Sudbury Secondary School. After travelling solo around the world at 18, she moved to Britain to study acting at the prestigious Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art.
