Native to Boston, MA, Kaitlin is trained in both theatre and film acting. After falling in love with stage performance within her own community, she was driven to enter Hofstra University's Dramatic Arts program. In New York she continued exploring her curiosity of culture and art, soon changing her major to also accommodate the Fine Arts and Anthropology. The Big Apple was the perfect place for her to feed her curiosities of the world. This new bustling atmosphere gave her a chance to experiment, expand, study and explore her interest in Drama with other artists in the New York City area. It was here that she delved into the art, learning about its diversity and dedication; mastering her own unique drive of dynamic character portrayal. While continuing with Community and University theatre productions, she began honing her art for film. She was cast as the lead role in numerous independent films and shorts and eventually went on to join the cast of New York's TV spot, 'Thursday Nite Live!' Since graduating, Kaitlin has moved to the City of Angels to continue working towards a creative career by involving herself in dynamic projects with other artists in the area. Her work has started to snowball as she recently hit 3 movie spots in just 2009; 'Shuffle', 'The Last Resort' and the compelling drama 'Broken Dolls.' she was also recently cast in a theatrical production of 'Backstage Grease' as well as a brand new web series due out in 2010, 'Hollywood Wasteland'.
