John Vodka is an actor, classically trained musician and singer-songwriter with more than 30 years of on-stage, film and TV experience. John was born Ilya Slovesnik to a family of musicians and actors in Moscow, USSR. His first on-camera booking was for a children's film, taken right out of his class room at the age of 8, however he decided to pursue a music career. Trained at the Academic College of Tchaikovsky Conservatory of Music in Moscow John Vodka gradually became a well known singer song-writer in the USSR. Nevertheless, before his emigration to the USA in 1989, he starred in the feature film "Last Autumn" and never planned on being a professional actor - especially not in the United States. However it looks like you can't run away from your destiny. In the past 2 years John has been thrilled to accept parts in 9 films and episodes in a TV series "Taxi Brooklyn" and Flash and "Bone". Lately, and unexpectedly for himself , John Vodka was having real fun doing part in the well-known to youtube fans JonTronShow. Show less «
