He founded Broadvision Entertainment to develop and produce a slate of movies and TV series across multiple genres that will appeal to audiences around the world, particularly in the United States and China.Over his 25 year career in the industry, Jimmy has created and helped drive the successful creation of a multitude of projects, including the feature movies Southie, "The Sixth Sense", "The Fighter" and "How Sweet It Is"; and Comedy Central's breakout hit television show "Workaholics". Working side by side with the likes of industry icons Andrzej Bartkowiak, Gale Anne Hurd, John Shea, M. Night Shyamalan, Donnie Wahlberg and Grant Cramer, and as a script consultant or writer for hire to major studios on over one hundred feature and television scripts, Jimmy understands the full development process from concept to script to screen. Before founding Broadvision Entertainment, Jimmy was CEO and served as head of development for Silent Partner Entertainment from 2003 to 2006. Besides hiring production crews and securing financing, he produced six episodes of the TV series Hollywood OS and the documentary Dig Fenway. After every movie studio and film company passed on a film about boxer Mickey Ward, Jimmy developed and produced a sizzle reel that started a bidding war between all five major studios, eventually selling the Oscar nominated film The Fighter to Paramount Pictures.Earlier, Jimmy worked for 20th Century Fox as a staff writer and sold screenplays to producers Gale Anne Hurd, Valhalla Motion Pictures, Joel Silver and major studios such as Warner Brothers.
