Jeff Bell was born and raised in Iowa City, Iowa. He was attending college at Arizona State University when he met his future wife, who was from Alaska. Together they moved to Anchorage in 1985. Jeff is making his acting debut in "The Frozen Ground" playing an Anchorage Police Officer, a role he knows well.
