Hidehiko Takada

Hidehiko Takada was born in Japan and grew up during World War II. He moved to New York with his wife and two daughters to pursue his career. He was an excellent sushi chef and caterer in NYC. When he and his wife retired, they raised two granddaughters. He resides in New York today.
