Born in France, educated in Italy and North America, Hervé Renoh is a multicultural, multilingual writer and director working in Paris and Los Angeles. After shooting multiple short films, commercials, TV movies and over 30 episodes of prime time scripted television episodes, he wrote and directed the feature films "Requiem" and "Coursier".Produced by Fidélité Productions, the action thriller "Requiem" cost less than 1 million dollars. His second feature, the action comedy "Coursier" (aka "Paris Express), gave the writer/director access to a budget 10 times superior as it was produced by renowned French director Luc Besson's Europacorp Studio, also producers of "Valerian", "Lucy", and the "Taken" and "Transporter" franchises. Both films have been released in cinemas in France, then across the globe in over 50 countries, and "Coursier" landed Nº6 at the Chinese national box office in June 2011. This success landed Hervé Renoh a US representation that allowed him to establish a working base in Hollywood. He then went on to shoot "Jack of Diamonds" ("Rouge Diamant"), an English-language feature-length pilot episode for an international television series produced by Muse Entertainment (USA/Canada) Gaumont (France) and ZDF (Germany), that aired on Showcase, France2 and ZDF in 2011 and 2012. In 2013, he directed "Le Trésor de la Cassandra", an experimental TV pilot mixing animation and live action through real-time performance capture, produced by PM Films and XD Productions, then produced and co-directed the comedy short "Stella is Schizo" with his spouse, actress Estelle Simon. In 2014, he wrote 3 feature film projects for various companies in France, the US and China, and contributed to Fundamental Films's Chinese remake of his own hit film "Paris Express", titled "Super Express".In 2015, Hervé Renoh directed an episode of premier French network TF1 hit series "Section de Recherches", which aired in 2016 to one of the show's tenth season's highest ratings.
