Harmony Smith

Harmony Smith is a native Angeleno, but spent most of her childhood in beautiful Hanalei, Hawaii. She moved back to Los Angeles when she was 15 years old and embarked on a long and successful modeling career with Elite Model Management, traveling around the world to work on hundreds of magazines, shows, and campaigns. Back in Los Angeles, she began training with Robert Carnegie and Jeff Goldblum at the prestigious Playhouse West acting school and repertory theater in North Hollywood. Harmony appeared in numerous television shows, films, and notorious commercials, such as the Clairol Herbal Essences "orgasm" spot. She co-starred among an extraordinary cast as Rita, the sexy, double-crossing bank manager in the film "What Planet Are You From", a comedy directed by Mike Nichols, starring Gary Shandling, Greg Kinnear, and Annette Bening. In 2000, Harmony took a hiatus from the acting world to have children, and thoroughly enjoyed her time off, loving family life. In 2010, Harmony decided it was time to return to her passion of acting, and re-joined Playhouse West. She has since starred in five critically acclaimed plays, including "A Mixed Tape", "Angel Asylum", and "Welcome Home Soldier". Harmony will star in two new untitled film projects in 2012. Show less «
