Ghevon Sebastian was born in Albion, Michigan. Before her first lead on role in Death Like Me, she participated in 15 plays and musicals collectively in and around her hometown of Battle Creek, Michigan; These shows included Annie, Wizard of Oz, Crazy for you, and more. As well as acting she was a competitive dancer for 5 years, and often choreographed for musicals and for her high school dance team. After skipping her junior year of high school, she moved to New York City at the age of 17 to get a bachelors degree at Pace University in Manhattan.
