George Miserlis is better known on stage in Equity productions of The Odd Couple as the role of Manolo Costazuela (Woodstock, Falmouth, & Bucks County Playhouse) with Sandy Dennis and Kaye Ballard, The Lion in Winter as Prince Philip with James Spader at the Brooks Theater in Andover, MA, the Tribute to Sondheim at the Luckman and Doolittle Theaters with Tim Curry, featured performance at the Hollywood Bowl with Jason Alexander along with the LA Phil, inducting Paul Mauceri and Placido Domingo into the Hollywood Bowl Hall of fame, and a ten year on and off participation as cast member of Forever Plaid all around California and all across the United States, a tour which began after beginning as the exclusive understudy to the original NYC Plaids (David Engel, Larry Raben, Stan Chandler, and Guy Stroman) when they performed in Beverly Hills at the historic Canon Theater, finally taking over the role of Sparky when the originals continued on to London. Five years ago, George toured with fellow members of the Scrubs cast in a 60-city national and international live musical comedy show entitled, The Blanks Live Show, with Ted's Band Original Members: Samuel Lloyd, (Emmy Nominated) Paul F.
