Realized he had a flair for acting when called to play a part for a independent film, this allowed him to become a SAG member. Studied at HB Studios. After doing his first independent film, he received a call from HBO studios to play a part in the long running #1 series OZ. Frank always seemed to be chosen for bad guy roles. Frank feels that any role is a learning and growing experience. Frank is married to his wonderful wife Liz, they have 5 children, Frank is forever grateful for all the support and encouragement from his family.
