Ernestine Johnson was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She knew she wanted to pursue a career in acting since the age of ten. The first set she was ever hired on as a child was an extra role on the WB hit show 7th Heaven. Continuing to study performing arts in high school, then later majoring in theater at The University of Nevada Las Vegas, Ernestine never shied away from the acting bug. She has played alongside Kevin Hart in "Think Like a Man Too," and Terri J Vaughn in "Where's the Love." Ernestine landed her first leading lady role alongside funny guy DC Young Fly in the film "#DigitalLivesMatter." She is also known world wide for her ground breaking spoken word pieces. After performing her original piece "The Average Black Girl" on the Arsenio Hall show, Ernestine Johnson quickly became a household name. Show less «
