Émile Azouri is an actor, director of photography, assistant director, and a model. He was born on October 25, 2001 in Laval, Canada, to Samia Mamarbachi, a nurse, and Naji Azouri, a dentist. Émile has an older sister, Christelle Azouri, a dental hygienist. He lives in Montreal where he studied in theatrical drama schools since he was seven years old. He has Mediterranean origins, Lebanese on his father side and Syrian on his mother's. He describes his childhood as "normal" in a middle class family. Émile speaks fluent French, English, and Arabic. His family was not fully aware and satisfied of his career choice due to the fact that Émile is the only one in his entire family who is dedicated to cinema and who has been working in the industry since his youth, unlike the other members of his family who are in the health field. He was frequently in plays and has also worked in theaters. He then started taking acting classes at the age of seven and pursued it throughout high school. His father gave him permission to start his acting career at the age of 12. Before this age, he did not let him miss school days for filming because he did not approve his career choice. In 2015, his drama teacher, Sylvie Trudel, recommended Émile to an American agent. Subsequently, he obtained small roles in movies and in Canadian & American television shows. By frequently being on various movie sets, Émile discovered a passion for the back stage and decided to invest more of his time in cinematographic techniques.Since the age of seven years, Émile started playing several musicals at the Theater Academy of St. Marceline.
