Dmitri Raskes

Dmitri was born in Ukraine, back when it was a part of Russia/USSR (now independent Ukraine). Before he started acting, Dmitri first established himself as successful entrepreneur and technologist, having received a degree in Finance from the University of Denver in Colorado. Fluent in both Russian and English, Dmitri has performed in a variety of roles, ranging from a foreign drug lord and hit man to a soft-spoken fatherly figure. "I am just getting started", said Dmitri in a recent interview, "now that more shows are using native Russian speaking actors to bring authenticity to their stories," statement that is supported by the string of recent shows featuring Russian speaking characters in major roles.
