Cris Cole

Cris Cole is originally from Houston, Texas. He is a proud graduate from the University of Houston with a Bachelors degree in Mass Media Productions, and an active member of the UH Alumni association. Along with mentoring urban youth, Cris has been a natural athlete his entire life and received numerous awards at all levels. He has been a certified personal trainer, a semi-professional baseball player, a professional football player and a professional track and field runner. After a career ending injury Cris left professional football and returned to his passion for Martial Arts.Cris has a Black Belt from the World Tae Kwon Do Federation, and is currently trained by Sifu Joe Jackson in Kali Escrima, who is also Sifu to Forest Whitaker, and was trained by the world famous student of Bruce Lee, Dan Inosanto. He is also an active member in FCS, Filipino Combative Systems, IAM Filipino Martial Arts with Manang Gigie Alunday Baker, and Whipping Willow Association with Sijo Antwione Alferos. Cris is also a two time first place international title holder for weapons combat, 2013 San Diego Grand International Bout Sparring Champion, Tactical Knife Champion and Overall Grand Champion.Other disciplines Cris is versed in are Capoeira, Jeet Kun do, Muay Thai, Silat, Western Boxing. His athletic talents along with his acting ability have led to roles on Attila, Champs (2015) HBO Boxing Documentary, Fox Sports,UFC Fit, General Hospital, Masters of the Arts, and even video game characters from Call of Duty, and Insane Island.Along with Cris' athletic and acting abilities he is also a singer and dancer. He was a member of the Ensemble Theatre in Houston, Texas and has performed across Los Angeles including the recent Whitney Houston tribute Let Your Dreams Sparkle, and The Music Room. Cris' passions in life are God, his family, and honing his craft. He is a hard worker and immensely passionate and dedicated to putting out the best product of himself regardless of how small or large the project is.
