Accepted to the UCLA Motion Picture/Television Department, graduated 1975. An actor in classical and repertory theatre from California to New York to Boston,1975-82. Winner of Old Globe Theatre Atlas Award 1977-78 for portrayal as Private Meek in G.B. Shaw's "Too True To Be Good." Other roles: The Vagabond in "The Tavern," Rosencrantz in "Hamlet" and "Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead" (Boston Shakespeare Company), leading roles in "The Firebugs," "Madame De" "The Good Doctor" "Charley's Aunt." Author of numerous plays and screenplays including "The Turn Of The Century" (working with Bette Davis), "Strangled Nocturne," "Skidoo Ruins," "Life Without Father" and "Patterns Woven In A Park." Numerous television, video and film roles including "Flesteron In Amazonia" "Teamwork" and "Commercial Break." Member of Robey Theatre Company appearing in numerous staged readings and in a dual role in the production "For The Love Of Freedom" 2004. Member Actors Studio West 2000-05. Began directing films (8mm) at the age of 12. "The Calistra Zipper Story," his first digital video feature, was a selection of the first annual Zero Film Festival held in Los Angeles in December 2008.
