Cole Henderson was born in Scotland. His father, a shipyard worker, was Canadian and this would eventually prompt a move to Vancouver BC.He drifted into the acting world while delivering and captaining sailboats for use in TV and films and then later by being able to supply and drive vintage cars in period pieces. It was by using his skills as a horseshoer/blacksmith that he later found himself in demand in film and TV roles.After moving to Canada he took courses in acting for TV and film at the Victoria Academy of Dramatic Arts and studied with Jeb Beach and Tony Alcantar in Vancouver BC.
