Born to French-Canadian parents, Cliff Gravel (AKA Cliff Gravell)spent an adventurous childhood that included being run over by a car, and getting shot. Cliff moved out of that neighborhood. After high school he became intensely involved in Community Theater which led to studies at the Circle-In-The-Square Theater in New York City and the founding of the Theatre Shack in North Arlington N.J., and the founding of the N.J. Library Theatre.Later Cliff's gypsy personality drifted him through several universities until he earned a B. S. in Science Education (CIMTE), and work on an M. His wanderlust brought experience as a chemical lab tech, sales rep, business management consultant, casino key-man, tax return preparer and professional bowler.Ending up in Albuquerque, New Mexico,Cliff made ends meet by working as mystery shopper (MSPA Silver Certification), inventory counter, furniture assembler, phone psychic entertainer, textbook editor, stress-reduction instructor, acting teacher, memory course demonstrator, and Radiation Data Analyst.Along the way he decided to try his hand at being an extra in the movies. He landed the role of The Priest in Revenge on the Highway (1992) (TV) because he was the only one who fit the costume. Since then, Cliff has appeared in over 300 plays, movies, TV episodes, TV commercials, radio ads, improv comedy shows, TV animations, audio novels, bible recordings, live action video games, melodramas, and interactive dinner mysteries. In between all of that somehow Cliff found time to write.
