Cindy Lentol has been acting professionally for over 20 years appearing in dozens of films, TV shows, national television and radio commercials, industrial videos, and print campaigns.She has experienced great successes in her acting career, starring in films that were showcased at many prestigious festivals including Cannes (France) for her portrayal as a mayor's wife in "Coming Out", the Women's International Film Festival (West Hollywood, CA) for "Needless Wait" where she played the mother of a girl needing a kidney transplant, "Well-Founded Concerns," which won Best Short Film at both the Sci-Fi London and the Chlotrudis film festivals and was seen at Lacarno International Film Festival (Switzerland), and Shocker Fest (London). "Mind the Gap" won Audience Favorite at Chlotrudis and Best Picture at Redstone West in LA, and "Contrition" which opened the Woods Hole Film Festival in Cape Cod, MA in July 2009.Some of her film credits include "Catatonk Blues" with Treat Williams, "Crooked Arrows" with Brandon Routh, "The Company Men" directed by John Wells and starring Tommy Lee Jones, Kevin Costner and Ben Affleck, and "Ghosts of Girlfriends Past" directed by Mark Waters starring Matthew McConaughey and Jennifer Garner. She also appeared in the "Game Plan," "The Departed," "Mona Lisa Smile" and "Prozac Nation" with Christina Ricci and Anne Heche.She has been cast in television shows such as ABC's "Body of Proof" and the groundbreaking social media Lifetime movie "Sexting in Suburbia", guest starred on NBC's "Providence" with Melina Kanakaredes, "Bunker Hill" (pilot) with Brian Dennehy and Donnie Wahlberg for TNT, and had a role in the CBS pilot "Waterfront" where she played an investigative TV reporter alongside veteran actor Joey Pantoliano.Lentol has done extensive work in television commercials and print advertisements, promoting everything from donuts to cars to sneakers to state lotteries to restaurants to cranberry juice. She has also appeared in numerous industrial films and videos for such companies as General Electric, TD Ameritrade, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and can be seen onscreen at the Mob Museum in Las Vegas.With an extensive list of voice-over work to her credit, narration, character voices and national ad campaigns are proving her passion for this genre as well.Lentol resides in the Boston area with her husband and two children.
