Chen Tang

Born in Kobe, Japan, and raised in Southern China and Memphis, Tennessee, Chen Tang is a Los Angeles based actor who has become known as a passionate performer whose creativity and commitment allows him to transform into a wide range of characters.Roles on TV include "Grey's Anatomy" (ABC) opposite Ellen Pompeo and Martin Henderson, "Rosewood" (FOX) opposite Morris Chestnut, "30 Rock" (NBC) and "Fresh Off the Boat" (ABC). He has played the recurring role of Yong-Jin Kim on "Being Mary Jane" (BET) opposite Gabrielle Union and Loretta Devine. Other recurring roles include "Delocated" (Adult Swim) opposite Jon Glaser and Todd Barry, and "The Thundermans" (Nickelodeon). He has appeared in numerous lead and supporting roles in studio and independent films including the hit comedy "Let's Be Cops" with Jake Johnson and Damon Wayans, Jr., and a subtle, complex turn in the film "The Jade Pendant" opposite Tzi Ma and Godfrey Gao.
