Carlos Ciurlizza is an actor, screenwriter and director. He was born and raised in Chiclayo - Peru, but moved to Los Angeles to attend an acting program at the Sanford Meisner Center. In 2011, He founded "Saramaca", a production company that operates out of both, Los Angeles and Chiclayo. Carlos wrote, directed and starred in the feature film "Sebastian", which premiered in competition at Busan and Guadalajara International film festivals and won the jury award for best screenwriting in a U.S. dramatic feature at Outfest Los Angeles 2015.
