Carlo Alvarez

Carlo was born and raised in the coastal city of Corpus Christi, Texas. He discovered his love of acting while in his late teens and gave his first performance in the play Shakespeare's Women at the renowned Corpus Christi Harbor Playhouse where he took on the roles of Sylvius and The Messenger. Although he did not immediately continue to pursue his dream of acting due to other responsibilities he has recently began to pursue his acting career professionally.Since March 2012 Carlo has portrayed speaking roles in 6 feature films and currently has at least 3 feature film roles booked to shoot in 2014. His most recent role was playing the Ops Officer in the TV pilot Star Trek Renegades where he worked with Sean Young, Walter Keonig, Adrienne Wilkinson to name a few. Immediately prior to this booking he played opposite 30 Rock's Keith Powell on his independent feature film My Name is David.Carlo's love of film acting involves all types of films from action, romantic, thriller and drama with drama being his most beloved genre.
