He was offered a part in the ensemble cast and asked to write for the show. The show never took off but Bud decided to pursue acting in his spare time.His first paying gig was a Hardee's commercial and then was cast in "Born on the 4th of July", which was shot in Dallas.Bud resides in Los Angeles.
