Brad Yoder was born in Oklahoma and raised in High Point, North Carolina. He graduated from T. Wingate Andrews High School in 1989 and attended Appalachian State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Yoder entered graduate school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, but chose to trade in his quest of a Master's degree in Sport Psychology for a career in the entertainment industry. After two years in Los Angeles, he launched his own production company. Yoder's ambition was to create and develop his own projects and has yet to look back. He has produced several projects including 'Til Death' (2008), the World's 1st 3-D film to compete in The 48 Hour Film Project, Bigger Is Better? (2004) picked up by National Lampoon's Comedy Night School (2003), Super Bitchin' Muscle Car (2004), and the television sit-com pilot 'Game On' (2004). Yoder has filmed numerous national commercials for such notables as Chrysler, IBM, Anheuser-Busch, UPS, Value City Furniture, Occidental Petroleum, Off Broadway Shoes, John Deere, and Mercedes.On the silver screen, Brad can be seen playing Ethan Walker, one of the leads in the award winning feature film L.A. Proper (2007), and Detective Marshall in the film Anderson's Cross (2010), which just won "Best Picture" and "Best International Feature Film" at its first two festivals. Keep on the lookout for Brad to star in the upcoming feature film Red Dirt Rising (2014), scheduled for a 2011 release. Yoder's character is stock car racing legend and pioneer, Jimmie Lewallen.Throughout 2009, Yoder produced Madhouse (2010)- a 13 episode television series with Triage Entertainment. The series documents the lives of several NASCAR Modified Division drivers and the sacrifices made each week enabling them to race. "Madhouse" is scheduled to air in 2010 on History Channel.Upon wrapping Madhouse (2010), Brad will continue his focus on Ocean Drive (2012) - a feature length, historical drama chronicling the birth of beach music and shagging in the Carolinas from 1943-1955.Brad is coordinating with the North Carolina Film Commission in its efforts to stimulate film and television production in North Carolina. He is involved with the development of several NC based projects, one of which is racing related and will be set at North Wilkesboro Speedway.
