Bernadette Janssen

Bernadette Janssen is a Canadian actor who entered the Entertainment Industry upon realizing it was time to model what she had been telling her sons for years, to "follow their hearts and chase their dreams". After successful careers in the Dental Industry and with AB Commercial Vehicle Enforcement, in 2013 Bernie stepped out of her comfort zone and into the world of acting.That same year, while evacuated from their home and town due to the AB floods, she attended Talent INC Canada's Canadian National Talent Conference in Toronto as planned. Unaware of her personal circumstance, she went on to impress Casting Directors and Agents with her performances and was awarded a Gold in Acting, a Best Overall, and signed with Calgary and Toronto Agencies.Bernie's positive outlook, strong work ethic and commitment to training has led to her obtaining credits in Film & TV in Calgary and Toronto where she now travels back and forth.
