Ayn Carrillo Gailey

Ayn Carrillo Gailey is the author of the memoir "Pornology" (Running Press U.S./Random House U.K./Roger Bernhard Germany) which is being produced by Jina Panebianco of MPS Entertainment Group and Nicholas Bogner of Affirmative Entertainment as the feature "A Nice Girl Like You," starring Lucy Hale (Pretty Little Liars) and Jackie Cruz (Orange Is The New Black). Before writing books, magazine articles and columns, Ayn wrote scripts for Showtime, Fox and PBS. She earned her Masters in Fine Arts degree in Screenwriting and a B.A. in psychology at UCLA and a Masters in Education & Social Policy from Harvard University. After living in L.A. for decades, she recently moved to the remote island of Orcas in the Pacific Northwest where she lives and writes with her daughter and her husband, (also her former screenwriting partner) the critically-acclaimed author of "Deep Winter" and "The Guilt We Carry."
